30-Day Promise

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Just include your order number or receipt.

Damaged on Arrival

Let us know within 5 business days if something arrived damaged so we can arrange a replacement or refund right away.

Gift Returns

Have a gift that wasn’t quite their vibe? We can issue store credit to the original purchaser or provide an exchange suggestion.

How to start a return

  1. Gather your order number and the email used at checkout.
  2. Email brand@kidmilly.biz with a brief note about the reason for return.
  3. Receive a prepaid label (available for most U.S. orders over $35) or ship via your preferred carrier.
  4. Refunds post within 5–7 business days after we inspect your items.
