How to start a return
- Gather your order number and the email used at checkout.
- Email brand@kidmilly.biz with a brief note about the reason for return.
- Receive a prepaid label (available for most U.S. orders over $35) or ship via your preferred carrier.
- Refunds post within 5–7 business days after we inspect your items.
